Here’s the free program I mentioned in the video that will FORCE you to stop wasting your precious time on sites like Facebook, YouTube, or whatever sites you waste time on-

Cold Turkey (for PC users)

This program is free, but they do ask for donations on the page (but it’s optional). Cool thing is though you can have some or 90% of your donation go to charity.

Looks like this Mac program is a paid program…if you’re a Mac user and know of a similar program that is Free, please let us know in the comments. But hey, if you waste a lot of time on the Internet, then I’d personally totally pay for a program to help me take control of my time.
